I just wanted to mention this so you aren't surprised if you decide to go down that route. Your Social Security Tax will double (it's called self-employment tax) and filings and local fees can add up. In addition, medical coverage can be almost impossible to get especially if you are self employed, or if available it's incredible expensive.
